booking an exhibit
Our exhibits travel extensively across the state, and books up quickly. Here are a few things to keep in mind while planning your program:
- How do I start?
Review the current schedule of the traveling exhibits. You will be traveling to the previous venue for the exhibit. Likewise, if the exhibit is booked after your desired date, is your location within traveling distance for the next venue? Contact the HOP director for assistance in scheduling.
- How will I get the exhibit?
Your organization will be responsible for picking up the exhibit from the previous venue. Each traveling exhibit is packed in it's own trailer.
- What about the next venue?
The next venue is responsible for traveling to your location to pick up the exhibit. Contact the HOP director with any further questions or concerns.
