forming a local HOP committee

Each exhibit venue will be asked to form a local HOP committee to bring this and other HOP learning opportunities to your community. This volunteer committee or group (i.e. Rotary) will be responsible for the display including:

• picking up the exhibit trailer from the previous venue;
• unloading and set-up of the exhibit;
• working with activities and programs in the kits,
• and loading the exhibit back into the trailer.

In addition, this committee will be encouraged to seek funding/ sponsorships for this exhibit and to bring future HOP displays to the community.
